It comes down to personal taste. For example at first I wanted to try the horse archery, and that was cool and all. But second time around, I missed my huge axes, and now you can swing them from horse back...oh baby.
I just wish there was more gore in this game, like decapitations and body parts getting severed.
They seem to have a lot of cities in close proximity that have Viglia/Equite recruits too, which is also nice. I know it's kind of random, but two cities side by side that have horse specialty gives them a good chance to have a solid cavalry recruitment area.
