Faction that sells the best bows?

So I was just curios since im playing an archer lord which faction sells the best bows and arrows, id expect the battanians since from what I understand archers are their specialty.

The khuzaits maybe they have a steppe war bow for 60k.

So it doesnt matter what faction really. look for towns that have the woodworking workshop. best items are related to those workshops... woodworking for bows/crossbows/arrows, Smithy for higher tier armor, tannery for medium/light armor, and then weavery for civilian clothing technically.
