Also you'll get a increasing "Debuff" of being dishonorable which also may give a malus towards others even if they don't hate you reputation wise.

I have eliminated an entire faction. Other clans from other factions join even after all clans are destroyed. Annoying but eternally weak.
yes if you execute every member of that clan, but its hard for the last members go into hiding or someone has them in the dungeon
And tbh it would be hella better if we can just kill the lords directly on the field
