How to heal wounded units?

Well, I swear I don't know anything about this game and can't find much help online. I have wounded troops. How do I heal them?

It has been said that time heals all wounds..

They heal automatically based on Hero's Medical skill.

1: They heal SLOW then on the map moving
2: They heal slightly faster when sitting still on the map "camping"
3: They heal fastest when passing time in a city

You can heal faster by recruiting a companion skilled in healing or leveling up your healing skill.

There's a faster way to do this...
1. Open Cheat Menu. (Alt + ~)
2. Enable Cheat Menu
3. Type "campaign.heal_main_party"

[Clovis Sangrail]

Spend some time in town. Knock back some beers. Refresh the missus. Visit the brothel. Smith some weapons.

And your people will heal.

(Just kidding about the brothel. That was in Blood and Gold: Caribbean, which used the Warband engine. We need brothels in Bannerlord.)
