Banner Tweaks allows you to tweak many, many different things. You can decide to change them all, or leave them all as vanilla, except one little thing, etc. I really love the flexibility, as anyone can find what they are looking for in mods.
Some things that Banner Tweaks let you change are:
* Starting amount of companions you can hire
* Amount of extra companions you can hire per clan level increase
* Starting amount of parties you can form
* Amount of extra parties you can form per clan level increase.
To change these settings: install/enable the mod, launch the game and in the menu where you can start a new campaign, or load a saved game, there is now an option called "mod options". Click it and it will take you to Bannertweaks, where you can set all the changes you want.
