Why does player have to WAIT IN TOWN to recover smithy stamina?
I remember in old warband, you need to WAIT in town or camp to read books, and in freelancer mod when you are enlisted it's counted as waiting too.
Right now we don't have camp option yet, but when you are enlisted in army it should recover your stamina, especially after the siege camp sets up.
So far the smithy feels like detached from the main game, and player can't use his time efficiently if he/she wanted to do smith

Because they havent figured out a way to balance smithing yet. And we cant have people making money in this single player game.

Yeah, people used to sharp their weapon repair their armor right before the battle, but here you can't do smith in war because you don't have time to wait in town or you will miss a lot of battle

i hate waiting around or wasting time because the more i do that the more the AI has time to snowball and ♥♥♥♥ up the late game

even though i know smithing is OP for money and the trait gives +1 vigor is really nice, i never do it right now

In the previous version it was another auto-battle and I got a lot of wounded recruits for the development of medicine between crafting. Now auto-battle gives an inadequate option, so I do not develop medicine and use the blacksmith mod without stamina.

Because riding a horse night and day is not as relaxing as people imagine.

A cool thing would be to have different marching stances, including a "relaxed" stance, where you would gain stamina for smithing along improved morale, but suffer a decrease in party speed.

Hopefully the whole smithing system will get some serious work time from TW. Its broke if you try and do it legit, you will be forever to level it up. Its also broke when you can suddenly make a sword worth 60K and get 20 smithing points in one go.

I love smithing and crafting in my games, but right now in BL its soooooo unbalanced and broken.

Different marching modes and tweaks on how fast time progresses in the game? Count me in.

Are you under the impression no one sleeps in this world?

Movement values include resting/sleeping/eating.
well i could buy the sleeping argument if you stopped moving at night, but if you're moving, you're moving, you can't sleep and march at the same time, unless you are so exalted of a ruler that you have a group of men carrying you in a palanquin or something.

clock ticking is 1 hour each tick
they can do anything in 1 hour like sitting around or eating or sleeping, so in our eyes they are walking but slow means they do something outside running around
