Do Clans with only 1 member ever get more?

I havent seen it happen, is there something I need to do to make him get more companions?

I'm curious about this as well, a lot of NPC clans only have about 2-3 members. Can they also acquire services from random wanderers/companions at towns, thus bolstering their clan number?

Interesting question though! You are asking a way to enlarge small clans of 1-2 male nobles, right? Maybe offer alliance with marriage with a woman from your clan? If they are married, they will um... you know, reproduce and give you... them... companionlings, over time

If you are asking however of companions, like player companions, with more than 1 named people in parties, no, I never heard of such a mechanic in m&b series

I assume further in the game's development we'll see those one-man clans get wives and children, making the clans bigger. At this moment though game ends long before children would have time to grow and I can't imagine how they're planning to change it.

I wonder if you're able to recruit your grandchildren as companions from marrying off your kid to another clan
