Where can i find the troop trees?

Also is there a report/notes option in this game just like warband? if so i cant find it

In the upgrade funnction of the unit rightclick the upgrade buttons. It will show the troop tree.

You can also access the Encyclopedia by rigtclicking any item.
Go to Home > Troops
Selecting any unit will show the troop tree along with a unit.
