What is "Safe Mode"
When you have a crash and try to play again it asks if you want to enable "Safe Mode".
Wondering what it does. I picked "no" since I didn't know what it would do.

Safe mode usually means the game loads without mods and with default settings. In some games it means it starts the game on lowest graphic settings. It kind of depends on the game.

because not a alot of games implement 'safe mode'.

I only know of Unreal Tournament, this game and another game that I used to play but I forgot the name off it that have a safe mode.. XD

I was afraid it would open the game in a small window...that's why I've never said "yes".

The odd crash doesn't bother me, that's pretty much par for the course nowadays.

as a pc gamer on Steam with a lvl50 profile...why do you not bother to answer him instead of coming with idiotic statements?

just tried safe mode. Did not disable mods. Returned specs to HIGH, when I usually play on LOW. Ran smoothly, not crashed. So what gives?
