How do you do the herd delivery quest???

I got a quest saying I need to escort some farmers with a herd of sheep and they say theyre ready to go but I cant find them? And when I arrive at my destination the quest doesnt complete? eh?

Asked the same, someone told me the animals are in my inventory and they actually are. I haven't gotten to my destination yet tho.

the animal don't spawn in the map and you need to "herd" them manually like the old game
you just go to the destination and speak to the NPC you need to deliver it to

I didnt have any animals in my inventory, failed the quest after time ran out and then got flagged a criminal...

He's right. You just accept the quest, go to the destination, and talk to the NPC. It puts the herd in your inventory automatically. Maybe you accidently sold them. Otherwise you have an issue.
