Bandits or Outlaw life

Hey!

I've been trying to play the game as an outlaw. Hiring looters or any bandit and avoid any "faction-made" unit. But so far what I've noticed even if you can upgrade those troops at one point they will become your usual unit.

Can we have a faction tree for bandits? So players can play as a Bandit. Meaning they join no side but their very own, they would attack any caravan/peasants or be a hire-blade and can be bought for big money by lords to attack XY settlement.

Also we could have out own hideout instead of having a settlement.

That's all what I'm hoping to have by the end of the game developing. Thanks devs for the awesome work so far and keep up the great work!

I don't know if you can, I've never tried. But you could always try if you wanna be a bandit.

That's nice, however that mod needs upgrading every time they update the game no? Also would that break the game? By breaking I mean will that cause crashes?

I tried to join the Ember of Ashes or what, but they turned aggro on me once I approached them. So I'm guessing that's how it works now.
