Noble longbow, where do you find it?

They can be purchased in Vlandia cities, though I noticed that they spawned in the shops at about the mid-game.

I saw one in a Battanian city once, but I'm forgetting which. The thing about this game is rare items will always be in a different place because the sandbox simulation has a heavy effect on it.

I have seen it in high prosperity towns regularly in later game periods. Not sure if it matters or not but it was after i created the banner.

Ive just found the areblast and Im on like day 700. Ive checked pretty much every city

Near the start of the game, after I finished my Folly quest I joined Sturgia as a mercenary to gain some gold and renown. After I got my contract, their leader Ragnavad gave me a quest to train his 18 year old son Mirmir and he joined my party. He has the noble longbow equipped and I immediately equipped it to my main character , I don't think I had over 10,000 gold yet or was over level 10 and had it.

I think I just saw it in Imperial city. I think what workshops the town has, affects the selection.
