Sometimes I come across noble equipment in shops, usually cost tens of thousands per item.

You can buy it from stores if you're lucky enough for it to be in stock. You can also get it from post-battle loot. No, you dont get it from executing

Very rare. I have a decent helm rest is just meh. Don't think they have added lots of items yet just base items.

Although saying that I like rare things so maybe they will keep some rare. I am sure modders are going to go all Medieval with Western Armor and map etc etc.

Later in the game the more high tier stuff you'll find in shops. Day 50 is when I found a t5-6 Chest

Right now it is very rare to get those high tier item in shops. Your better off fighting lords and praying you get them(super low chance cuz of low tier units). For your 2nd question, no.

The best way to get a set of high tier armor and horse armor is to marry a lord and steal their armor afterward.

My wife has good looking armor, daughter Rangrok or whatever the kings name up there is. But it is all tier 3/4. :) she was best looking I found though!

Imperial cloaks are the swag in this game. I have one for all my companions. When I attack a hideout its like a bunch of spartans walking up. Havent found a red plumed helmet though.

I had a red plumed helm, but my current one is 46 Noble Helmet.

Someone else was talking about this and in review I tend to agree, it has to be in a town that has a workshop that produces the equipment, so a smithy for armor and weapons, a wood shop for bows and shields and whatnot, and it has to have high prosperity and not be changing hands a lot. During a major war between Battanians and Vlandians I couldn't find a thing for armor, I am playing as a Battanian Woad Warrior, but probably about a year or so after everything settled down the cities with smithies and wood shops are suddenly producing high quality equipment fairly regularly. Not a ton but there is usually a t5/6 helment or armor available every time I check it out.

I’ve gotten a t6 helm from defeating Garios’s army 58 armor but that the only good drop I’ve had in 55 hours of playing
