How long is a year in this game?

My character started the game at age 30, and is now 34.
My save file says 469 days.
Are years only 100 days long?

That means that characters at 30 are essentially 10 years old ... so much for child abuse in M&B.

Pretty sure it's so they could do 1 month per season.

Even so, they could have made days go by faster, or done something else with the timescale to give 4 clean seasons a year.
As it stands, I think that's 120 days a year? That has confusing implications about the given ages of all the lords and heroes.

confusing implications? have you all not heard of clones from starwars,they grow about double the age so a 10 year old is actually 20, the same logic applys here, people in bannerlord simply mature a lot faster, thats how they can sustain there 99% mortality rate and constant war fair

Bannerlord year is 4 seasons, each season being 21 days = 84 days for a full year.

The reason a year isn't a real year is because there would nary be a point to putting aging in the game. Even as it is, by the time I'm bored of a playthrough maybe 10 years pass in game at most.
