Thanks,

Its funny, right before I came back to check this I did that. I went into the Nvida control panel and forced it to select the RTX2070. It is still doing it. I am about to load up another game and see how it goes. But it appears from browsing the forums, other people are having issues.
Thanks,
CunningKiller
Its not an issue with the graphics card. I just played a round of War Thunder and my FPS never dropped below 144 (my monitor max). I also loaded a fairly large city, in Cities Skylines and it ran great (I didnt get the FPS). I also loaded Boarderlands 3 and Command Modern Operations and they ran awesome too. I think its something with the most recent patch. I guess I will just hang tight unless anyone has a work around?
Thanks,
CunningKiller
2nd, signing your name is not only pointless, but actively annoying to read.
Leave the man alone, he's formal. Nothing wrong with being formal. Though it does look a bit odd to see "CunningKiller" as a signature.
"'Best regards and always yours in confidence... Cunning Killer.' ..... Dear, do we know a cunning killer?"
"You mean apart from the cat? Not that I know of..."
"Most curious..."
Thanks everyone for the help. I figured it was using the on board GPU. I didn't realize I could change the setting in game. I will check this out now. I find it odd that it would just change with the most recent patch. Everything was working perfectly before.
Cheers Everyone!

I get near 35fps now
This is EA.
If true, they either made a direct mistake or their engine interpreted the change by itemclass and removed it for all those polearm items, too.
There are fifty-eleven things they're doing, many in direct response to player reports, feedback, and hard data. Mistakes, goofs, additional bugs...
It happens.
In EA.
