How does succession work?
Say we play until a king is dead, does the son or daughter take over? Eldest?

If you are married to one of them, what happens?

If you can become heir, will your children be heirs next, or does it go back to the remaining line of the original family?

Can we merge clans together via marriage?

I've exterminated a few families, including an emperor. That went to the heir, and the faction died shortly thereafter.

If a ruling line is wiped out, does the clan with the highest influence get the crown next?

How do we start a civil war?

What is the airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow?

Cheers, and thank you to any that have answers to these questions. :qq_knight:

What if you wipe out an imperial family? What then?

Have not tried it, but my guess is it will select a new lord from a different clan in that kingdom then rinse repeat.

Pardon me, I meant what if you wipe out the royal family?

What if a faction runs out of family?

Then whichever lord has the highest Influence takes over, I'm pretty sure i had the highest but i never got it. But the next highest did. Pretty sure that's not suppose to happen.

Very interesting, thanks for that. Now wondering how it would go if you were royal by marriage.
