Probably take a while, but someone did try to manage to remove that Censorgarments but the character model is doll like, but its the start. ( as seen on nexus)

I hope someone will or should make proper casual nudity mod to make the undergarments removeable with proper nudity texture/detail instead of stupid permanent censored/glued behind always undergarments with censored-like texture on it. ( like how Daggerfall days had) ( or like how Conan exiles has. Screw that undergarments censoring human body!)

I had it happen randomly. I changed the armour of one of my companions and the game froze with her completely naked for 35 seconds. Quite creepy though considering nipples and underparts weren't modelled
