faction that sells cheap horses?

I was wondering if there is a specific faction that sells horses for cheap? Like how you can by hardwood from battania for cheap, or is that only for tradegoods?

Battanian Ponies were about 70 gold per horse, last time I bought them. Were sold in very large numbers, as well.

There are villages in the desert in the Saranid (or whatever theyre called now) area that give cheap horses. They provide hauling, regular, and warhorses.

you need tier 2 horses like steppe horses or desert horses

You need a warhorse.

for that just get steppe horses but don't get the hunters they're too expensive (they're mostly sold in khuzaits) btw I can give u a list of villages that sell war horses for cheap

Khuzaits and Battanian sell cheapest most of the time. Aserai horses are very expens cuz of their speed.
