otherwise you need to make you our faction and take over someone castle
Maybe become good friends with the "king" and he consider you for a castle or city.. the better releationship with the top lords the higher the chance.
You get a good relationship doing missions for the king, and figthing battles with im and other lords. The more they like you the better chance.
In mount and blade one you could talk to the lords and suggest who shold recieve a new castle and you could effect them with speach ect.. maybe its the same in bannerlord.
Yes! Even if you are the one that led the army in a siege, sometimes I'm not even considered. Then if you don't vote, your relationship with all the candidates DECREASES. That part is crazy to me. If you abstain it shouldn't count against you. I don;t want to spend my hard earned influence to give a fief to someone else.
I had 92% of the votes in my favor. Gues what the queen decided?
Yes, give it herself anyways, despite 8% of the vote.
Why is there a voting system if the King/Queen can just do whatever she wants anways? What a farce.
One day I'll have a kingdom and I'll raze their lands for refusing me my righteous property
Obviously a monarchy, but still, why have a voting system then if it doesn't matter?
