Organize your troops, put archers with archers, and cavalry with cavalry.

As far as I can tell, the "disorganized" debuff seems to happen when you mix too many troops from different factions together into the same party or army. Try to keep things as unified as possible.

it has nothing to do with your troop types, you get it after a fight. it takes some time for your troops to regroup and reorganize after a battle.

I don't know if the mechanic works the same for me as it does for everyone else, but I only see the disorganized debuff after battles and village raids, and completely goes away after a couple seconds of map travel at max time speed.
I figured the point of "Disorganized" was so a party can't act quite as fast after a conflict and gives a nearby weaker party a chance to run away, or a nearby stronger party a chance to pounce.

Yea I think it's like madman said. Your army doesn't just zip back to full on march mode instantly after a fight.
