Dragon Banner Pieces?

The quest says they should be located in "hideouts" that Arzagos and Istiana have marked out for me, but there's zilch on the map. Is the quest just referring to generic bandit hideouts or something? I'm stumped.

For me the hideout just spawned (automaticaly tracked) near Istiana :

but nothing happens on the quest when i make it

Arzagos quest is bugged there is a workaround however the hideouts should appear marked bright red.

Yep its bugged. I had to do the hideout from Istania twice to get it, but the hideout from Arzagos disappeared after the first try, no Artifact, GG :D

There's a tracker circle by the name of all places. If it isn't highlighted, then look for that white circle to be filled in. That means you have a quest there, or have selected to track it.

There's also really minimal stuff for telling you that you got the artifacts, I did both and then visited both to get the next step (worked fine for me). There's a lot of bugs right now though so...

Apparently if you visit Istania or w/e her name is first instead of Azragos, the quest bugs out...

I went to her first and now I cant finish Azragos. My buddy did it vice versa and had no issues.

I visited and did the quest for the guy first and didn't get the piece and i already saved over so i guess i need to restart? and i cant beat the 2nd hideout for the girl lol

How do you guys beat the hideouts? Even with good troops i cant kill that many

I cant find the 3rd piece either, I found the one near epi crotea, I dont see any forts near marunath =\
Not sure what to do next
I tried talking to Istiana and Arzagos over and over but there is the same old "im still working on it" , the quest log simple says "Find the pieces"..... well.... I dont know where to look for them, Ive fbeen raiding random bandit forts hoping to stumble across it, not really sure what to do next.

This thread is ancient, lol. Just go to the bandit hideouts highlighted on your map. Their names will have the little circle next to them filled in and they'll be visible on the edge of the map even when far away.

Clear the hideouts and you'll get a piece from each after leaving.

Ya, Ive been doing that, and thats not doing anything except making a lot less bandits.
I remember the latin one worked, I went straight there after talking to whats her face, cleared it first try, and got the banner, I dont really remember what happened to whats his name's hideout, its not there now, Ive cleared lots of others, still 2/3.

There should only have been two hideouts, one from Istiana and another from Azragos. You might have deselected one of them by accident. If it's Azragos' then it'll be adjacent to whichever Battanian city you talk to him in.
