Make the game flexable so that translations mods can be made for the game. Even go as far as Prison Architect who made the translations a fixture of the game.

They would be better off making a Chinese and Spanish translation first if anything, and they themselves are a Turkish company, and aren't releasing a Turkish translation.
Grab a pitch fork if the modding utilities don't allow for easy translation modding.
