That would actually be a pretty awesome game play option.

Being able to buy a horse and train it / level it up while also being able to buy better horse saddles / armor for it as it lvls up would be pretty cool... Just like a companian :)

I'd love a feature like that too. Breeding horses yourself at your estate would be fantastic too. That way it would hurt less if you lose yours.

Might be able to. Pretty sure I saw stables on one of the village upgrades. That likely means that we will have a way to "produce" horses, at the very least.
