Lifeless Astronaut help

I've been killed by tornado, explosives, lava, lack of oxygen, falling, impalement, being eaten by the flower thingie and a few other ways. Any idea where do I have to die more?

Same problem here.
I've been killed by fan (Research complex level), rock, tornado, bomb, lava, oxygen, falling, flower creature, root creature, and even drowned in the hot spring and achivement still locked.
I think this achievement is broken.

According to game logs there are total of eight ways for the character to get killed:
death by oxygen - Die by running out of oxygen, can be done as early as mission #1
death by bomb - Die by a bomb/dynamite, the Research complex level
death by flower - Grabbed by a "flower creature"
death by zombie - Pulled underground by a "zombie-hand" root creature. Not sure but this one could be What Was That? (Something mysterious kills you)
death by pike - Stabbed by a root creature
death by rock - Crushed by rock in the Foothills mission
Gravity Kills (Die from a hard fall) - Can be done on almost all levels
Burned (death by fire) - Think only on the Inferno level you can die this way

What puzzles me is that you get achievement for only 3 (What Was That?, Gravity Kills, and Burned) of them. What makes these three so important they are awarded acievements while you get nothing for the other five? More so with the Burned achievement which is almost impossible to avoid on your first run of the Inferno level while at the same time for death by bomb or death by flower one has to make a deliberate effort to die this way.

oxygen, bomb, flower creature, underground creature, root creature, rock, gravity, fire, drowning. done all of that, still no achi, so either I'm missing something or... I don't know...

SirFoggy I think the "zombie hand" is the one you have to put the rock in to pass part of the forest level. That one killed me and it pulled me underground.

Running out of oxygen
Crushed by rocks
Killed by underground creature near town
Activating bomb and getting blown up by it
Stabbed by the plants
Grabbed by the flower tree
Getting burned by the lava

I've done all that and still nothing.

don't forget that, after dieing, you need to progress until a auto save point or save and quit.

simply choosing new game and jumping to another zone will not record your death

What finally triggered this achievement for me was getting killed by the first possible plant. I also got "What was that?" at the same time. Later plant deaths seem to count differently, even if it's the same plant type.
