Help Security Room Domino Puzzle (Code Needed)

I am on I believe day 8 and I used the gum/cup/glycerin to make dna to open security room door. Inside is a domino note, with the combination to the safe in the room. This is the first puzzle I have had trouble with, maybe been up too long! lol Can someone please tell me the 3 digit code?
