[BUG] Tex Murphy resets to 1024x768

[Katastic Voyage]

Minor bug, but it's still a bug.

System Specs:
- nVidia GeForce 560 SE
- Athlon X4
- 14 GB ram
- Windows 7 64-bit mode

To Replicate:

- Run Tex Murphy in 1080p
- Alt-tab
- Suspend computer
- Resume computer/switch to Tex Murphy

Results:

- Tex Murphy is now running in 1024x768 resolution
- Game settings still show 1920x1080
- Display is "cut off" with a 1920x1080 game with a 1024x768 "window" (fullscreen) with right and bottom cut down to fit.
- Solution involves changing resolution to another resolution, then back to 1080p.

Expected Results:

- Game should remember resolution even when suspending. Game screen not be cut off by resolution.
