Game purchased at Matrixgames will we get keys to activate on Steam?

Not sure what you mean be "games" but you will find anything you need in the sticky "release FAQ" above.
You will get steam keys for DW:Universe, it takes some steps, but it works fine, see the FAQ.

It is described in the FAQ thread above, in short you need to generate a coupon (Important: need to register >all< previous games first on matrix site, only 1 coupon can be generated), then buy DW:Universe and for that you get a steam key.

The only key you can redeem is the one for DW:U, but it includes every previous expansion and the base game.

Yes...if you have any of the original series and purchase Universe through the matrix games online store, you will get a steam key as well as your discount. The links should go to both of the relevant threads.
