No popup over char traits....

Hey, can anyone help as it seems I might have a bug or a setting wrong?
When I open the Char screen(F4) and select the Leader then move my mouse over the TRAITS part below the profile pic I'm sure a popup would appear to give more info on their traits but mine doesn't do that now. I've got steam to verify the game files and started a new game but it's still not working.
Any ideas?

Was it working before? And if so, are you still on the same computer you were using then?

Yeah, I'm sure it was working when I first installed the game. Same PC just at some point it seems to have stopped. Does a popup still happen for you if you hover the mouse over the traits?

Edit - Actually the only thing I changed was I altered the screen resolution from 1920 x 1080 down to 1600 x 900 to help with the fonts being a bit hard to read.

Huh. Maybe the resolution is interfering with it in some way. You could try bumping the resolution back up to see if it works again. If it doesn't then you know it's something else.

Actually isn't there a list of settings related to popups somewhere within the massive labyrinth of this game's settings? You might have unchecked something there.

After a little bit of testing I'm still no further closer to finding an answer.
So far I've -
Uninstalled the game including the default settings and profile.
Changed resolutions back to my default 1920 x 1080.
Checked game settings for popup stuff but there's nothing in ref to what I'm looking for.

Can someone confirm that hovering the mouse over the char profile pic area (F4) triggers a popup giving trait info? Although if I hover my mouse to the left hand side I do get the popup saying "Double-click to move to location". Very strange!
It's nvidia graphics but that shouldn't make a difference as far as I can tell.

That could be it. I'm using AMD, myself. Could it be something to do with your copy of Internet Explorer? Have you done anything with that lately?

I have it installed but rarely use it as I prefer Chrome. All updates etc to I.E. are done automatically.

I can confirm that hovering the mouse over the pic/trait listing does trigger a pop-up giving trait info.

Thanks vengen. I'm still at a loss as to why that one stats page doesn't seem to work properly. I'll post something in the matrixgames tech support site and see if I get anything from them too.

I had this problem for about a year and then one day it started working again. I don't know what I changed but it had to be something.
