How to contact Wizard Warfare Support
If you experience any issues with Wizard Warfare 2, please send the following information to support@wizardwarfare.com

- A brief description of the problem you're experiencing

- Your system specs (OS version and local region, CPU, memory and graphics card details), all can be found in the 'Hardware' tab of the game Options. There is also a 'copy' button here to grab all the details quickly.

- To help us diagnose the problem, the log file(s) located under your user directory at AppData\LocalLow\Psyanotek\Wizard Warfare 2, Player.log and Player-prev.log

- If the problem is with a specific save, please include the save file located under your user directory at AppData\LocalLow\Psyanotek\Wizard Warfare 2\saves

- The relevant log file for your game session (these file names are timestamped in YYYYMMDD_hhmmss format) in AppData\LocalLow\Psyanotek\Wizard Warfare 2\logs

- Any screenshots that you think are relevant or helpful

For example, if your Windows User ID is 'Bob', then the log file and saves directory will be located at C:\Users\Bob\AppData\LocalLow\Psyanotek\Wizard Warfare 2

Note that the AppData folder is hidden by default, you may need to enable the 'Show hidden files, folders and drives' option under Control Panel -> File Options -> View (Win 7) or Control Panel -> File Explorer Options -> View (Win 10)
