Game is a disaster.
I so wanted to like this game. But it is virtually unplayable. Here are the problems:

1. Lag

My mouse cursor moves in slow motion, the animations are like molasses, even the text scrolls very slowly. I followed your guide to the letter and there was only marginal improvement. How am I supposed to play those mini-games with a slow motion mouse? I may not have the fastest computer on the planet but it plays the hundreds of games in my Steam library just fine...except this one.

2. Text and Translation

Text is often cut off in the text box. There is still Japanese language all over the place, a language I neither read nor speak. I finish a mini-game and when the Result box pops up...it's in Japanese! In the Shop, have no idea what the first 2 items are supposed to be. They look like data cards; next to the first card is a cut-off word, "Transpa". Next to the second card it says "Time". What? How am I supposed to know what these things do?

3. Sound

The Voice volume is way too low. Even with that slider maxed and the Master volume maxed, I can still barely hear the voice actor.

All these things are unacceptable. It's a crying shame. But I have plenty of games to play without wasting my time on this garbage.

Hello, we greatly appreciate your feedback. We have been working diligently to address the latency issues. If convenient, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with information about your device. We will do our best to assist you. Regarding the translation issues, we have fixed many problems in the recent update. If you still encounter any related issues, please feel free to provide screenshots. We haven't received many reports regarding the volume issue, but we will have the developers investigate it.

Thank you again for your valuable feedback and support. We will continue to strive to improve the quality of the game. Our customer service email is support@mangopartygames.com, please don't hesitate to let us continue serving you.

I followed your guide. I don't have the option under Manage 3D Settings to choose a Preferred Graphics card. Everything else you suggested I changed my settings to. Like I said, there was only marginal improvement; the bulk of the game runs abysmally and is unplayable. My rig:

NVIDIA Geforce RTX 2080 Ti
Driver version 551.61
Intel Core i7-7700 CPU @ 3.60 Ghz
16 GB RAM

I can send my dxdiag info to Customer Service, I guess.
It won't help, it's probably the game eating all of your memory like it is for everyone else. they're trying to pawn it off as being a video settings thing, but it's not. Get your refund while you can.

Thank you for providing this valuable information. We will ensure to relay this data to our developers for further troubleshooting. Additionally, in our update released on 3/3, we've made every effort to optimize the game and have included an option to adjust the graphics quality. Whether or not these measures resolve your concerns, we would appreciate further feedback from you. Once again, we sincerely appreciate your support and encouragement, and we remain committed to continuous improvement.

I hear you, man. It seems to be running fine for me now though, so I think I'll keep it. Thanks for the feedback.

Ok, so the new version of the game seems to be working much better, so I will keep the game and carry on. The voice volume is very good, too.

That said, text is still cut off in the text box and even checking the log doesn't show all the words. Again, there are no explanations in the Shop as to what I'm purchasing or what the items even do. It would be nice have these issues corrected.
Can we also learn what "Transpa" and "Time" do? :)
