How do i get 60fps?

Some people are saying that they're playing at 60fps? My game seems to be locked at 30 even with v-sync off.

It requires editing an .ini file, a few other posts here have already gone over the process. (Search "kidengine" in the forums) However, it doubles the speed for quick time events and menus, so if you can't w101-level mash then you should prob stick with 30 fps until a patch eventually comes.

Yup i kinda learned that the hard way after making this post i pushed the frames up and learned i cant out mash the 4th chapter boss for the life of me, heck even at 30 the mash required to beat him is stupidly tedious :/
