Report a translation problem
You don't need to do the same mission twice if you got a AAA rating on any difficulty. So you can have mission 1 completed on easy for AAA, 4 other missions completed on normal for AAA, and the rest of the missions completed on hard for AAA and you'll still get the achievement.
Since there are 12 normal missions
12 Scarlet missions
3 gigolo missions
and rest are some bonus missions
> 12 normal missions (excluding Episode 51 which is not required for the cheevo)
> 10 side missions (excluding both "The Connoisseur" and "Vampire Chillers" which aren't required either)
> 20 Scarlett challenges
> 2 Gigolo missions (excluding Betty the vampire who is also not required)

The exclusions are all DLC if I'm not mistaken.
I just checked: finishing DLC doesn't count. If you're having trouble with some missions, here's a helpful guide:
