How to adjust Dialogue Volume?

In audio settings there is only Master and Music Volume, but no settings for Effects or Dialogue volume. The volume levels are all different; the dialogue is too loud compared to the music and effects and I want to reduce the dialogue volume, but if I edit the music volume, it does not affect the effects volume which I also want to edit.
