so i am at the part where you can steal the meds or let him go i just want to know which is the better choice. i know his group attacks you either way but which choice is better?

yeah i just spent 20 mins looking it up either way if he attacks you at least you have medicine over not having it

I always play my first playthrough blind and never change my choices
It adds that permadeath feel i like so much like in Dayz or XCOM.
watching videos or reading up on it ruins the experience IMO.

He hates you no matter what, so might as well get some medicine out of it.

I wonder if you KEEP the medicine but DONT give it to rebecca...... I wonder does it help in ep 5?

And even if you have the medicine it doesn't change anything but a couple of phrases in the dialogues, lol.

No choices you make with arvo matter. You steal or give him his medicine he brings his group back to rob you. you try to stop kennys brutality or not he shoots you. Arvo will remember that = The biggest lie telltale has ever told.
