The watch...
So in Episode 1 I did not steel the watch and in Episode 2 Nick mentions it. So what happens if you have it?

you give it to him, he appreciates it- he will die soon if he is not dead already anyway- ultimately it doesn't matter.

When your outside of the station after Nick shot Matthew you talk to Nick and he remarks that he left his watch that he got from Pete at the house, you can then bring up that you have it and give it to him. He then pretty much just says thanks (with a "Nick will rmeember that") and wanders off to talk to the others.

Yeah, pretty much, I was surprised that he didn't question why I had it to being with, that would have been more interesting lol.

You can give it to him and he is happy and then he go talk to the group. You can also not giving a watch and i dunno what then happens. I guess if you keep a watch it has still its part later.

In my primary playthrough he lives, in my alternate playthrough he died.

I thought that if I stole the watch it would be used against me, disallowing me to join their group, and that I should only take what I require to stitch up my wound.

I honestly didn't think she would actually pocket it... It says "Look at the watch" not "Take/Steal the watch". It was missleading. Luckily, it looks like it doesn't matter much either way. Thanks for the info.

It depends on how you handle the Walter/Matthew situation. If you tell Walter the truth, and Nick tells him the truth, Nick will live. If you lie to Walter, Walter lets Nick die.
