I'm gonna jump on it. I knew the moment she was snooping around she was Carver's ♥♥♥♥♥.
This certain? Cause if it is Telltale played it safe.
The only part where I even heard any Season 1 stuff was when Clem talked about Lilly shooting Carley.
Kenny mentioned that Lee put Duck down for him, I thought that was a nice callback. (edit: but that might be available only in a very specific dialogue tree, of course)
To save Alvin you have to give up, and when Alvin gets picked up by carver you need to select the "[PROTECT ALVIN]" option in the dialouge tree
Walter dies no matter what, Alvin dies if you let Kenny shoot again, Nick dies if Walter thinks he's "like other people", that is, a dirtbag. I can't really give more detail as the latter two both survived for me.
I can tell you some choices that might have affected this, but I'm not sure if all of them did: I surrendered to Carver, and when he was holding Alvin, I screamed for Kenny to stop shooting. I showed Nick the picture, was a little reluctant to come clean to Wlater, but ultimately was honest with him about Matthew's death, and told him Nick was a good person.
Thanks!
You can lie to Walter too, just telling him that Nick is a good guy will save him.
You don't have to give up, you can [GRAB THE GUN] from Kenny which will also save Alvin.
