Game keeps freezing! HELP!

This happened a few times when I played through season 2 episode 1 as well, but.. I'll play the game fine, no lag or issues, but then the video will freeze and the game will keep playing with the audio continuing on normally. The first episode froze a few times around halfway and made me have to restart half a dozen times, but now that I'm playing episode 2 it's done it again twice within the first 15 minutes of gameplay. Is there any way I can fix this? It's driving me nuts and ruining any kind of immersion I'm hoping for. :(

Now it's freezing at the same point every time and I can't progress. I'm not even halfway through the episode. *sigh*.

the same problem is happening to me, I beat the game 5 times, and there wasnt this issue, but now I'm replaying it and it freezes at the same exact point in episode 5
