It is "an american folk song", Nirvana only covered it ;) And the song and artist is actually listed in the credits.

janel drewis is the singer but there is no record of it, except the game.

is there a way to extract from the game ?

It's not the song is an American folk tune dating back to at least the 1870s. It was covered by Leadbelly who Kurt Cobain was a fan of leading to Nirvana covering it on Unplugged in New York.
