dont think you can cause this game doesnt go in deth like that for options/choices etc
plus if it was to happen it would just say game over, like it did if you didnt kill the women
who helped save Bonnie in 400 days later with the women shes killed husband. I replayed
it so not to kill a friend of bonnies when you play as her and I didnt and it said game over.

There wasn't any mention of 400 days until you mentioned it. What Chibi basically means is that certain events only have one outcome and you don't have any other choice in the matter. Her reference regarding 400 days is with Bonnie's story where you don't have a choice to not kill Dee. You either do or get a game over.
