The Walking Dead: Season Two

The Walking Dead: Season Two

Statistiche:
SPOILER WARNING: Jane or Kenny?
In my playthrough, I decided to shoot Kenny. Why? I didn't have time think it through to figure out why, but I think it was because I didn't want too see someone I had known for so long, become a monster.

But now I regret that decision. While Jane does look-out for Clementine, she was the reason that I was forced to kill Kenny. What's even more puzzling is I actually choose to forgave her for killing Kenny without calling her crazy or acting pissed off at her. I guess I didn't want Clem to be alone again, especially with a baby.

Now that I've watched the alternate endings for this episode, I feel like killing Kenny was a terrible and regreftul decision.

So did I do the right thing, considering the situation?

Did you decide to kill Kenny or did you look the other way?

I just don't see how ONLY 20.9% of the players chose to leave with Kenny though... I MEAN..JUST HOW COULD YOU??..

I'd do anything for Kenny. If you chose to shoot Kenny and whether you are going with Jane or not, you will definitely regret your decision.

Like don't yall see after all this time, Kenny is really the only one you could count on? (other than Lee my man, of course) I can understand you wanted to put him out of his misery cause Kenny's been through a lot and how people saying that Kenny has become 'the monster'. Well, I really think Jane WAS 'the monster' here.

Think it through... if you chose to shoot Kenny, ultimately Jane just USED you to kill Kenny, which was what she wanted from the very beginning when SHE TOLD YOU TO DRIVE AWAY AND LEAVE KENNY ONCE HE STEPPED OUT OF THAT CAR. You wouldn't feel good about it especially after you knew that she pulled a stunt to just prove, what? NOTHING! How is that different from Bonnie and Mike who were trying to steal the car and leave us to die? AND SHE JUST WANTED KENNY WHO IS STILL FIGHTING TO LIVE TO GREET DEATH??? AFTER THEIR CARVAR PROBLEM BECAME KENNY'S PROBLEM THAT MADE HIM 'THE MONSTER' ?? THAT'S MESSED UP!

AND how could you put yourself to shoot the only friend that you have left..again....especially when you don't need to this time...

Well, here my thoughs:

- Kenny is really losing it. I tried several times calm him down, I made everything I could possible done to make the group works, but it looks like it was not supposed to work. And If I encounter Mike, Bony and Arvo again, I will kill them (stupid traitors, they would leave us without anything).

- Kenny himself speak on both finals (when he dies and when you choose him) that he is loosing it. He know's it and Clem at some point realize that too. But still he push himself the best he can to protect the only two things he care's, Clem and the Baby. On his head, he is trying to do at least one last thing right, even that means to be labeled as the bad guy.

- Jane is a Lone Wolf, she don't care to work things out, if something doesn't work, she pull out. I don't mean to say that she is a "monster" or a bad person, but she always think twice before lay a hand to anyone, it's hard to know when we can count on her. She care about Clem, but I'm in doubt for wath reason (guilt because of her sisters or because she see a little of herself on Clem). I liked her, but i can't agree with her methods.

At the end, for me only remains two possible patches my Clem would choose.

1 - Kill Kenny and leave Jane. My Lee said once, "Killing is always a bad thing, it's change you forever" and is hard to accept a murder. The fight was not something like "self defense" and I can understod the angry and despair that Kenny felt when he know's about the AJ "death", but it's still hard to just watch he kill her. This choice do not make me fully sastified, Jane create a scenario where's impossible to fully blame anyone's action and she could stoped the whole "plan" anytime, but she let it continues untill the very end consequences; but again, I don't think it is a excuse for murder and Kenny regrets that too, like I say, at the end he tell that you did the right thing.

2 - Let Kenny Kill Jane and staying on Wellington. Doesn't matter how I look on the "Jane's Plan", I really can't be "OK" with it. She forces a absurd situation, let the whole thing happen until someone ended dead and then comes "Oh, I'm so sorry, I just wanted to prove my point", not, just no. Plus, the final scene with Kenny is very emotional too and he trully care's about Clem and the baby (although he really pushed the trust on the horde episode).

Anyway, is a good thing for the game to present such choices after many "options" that really don't change nothing, to push yourself in a situation where you act more than anything else, you only think about what you have done just a moments after everything happens; I regret almost immediatly going with Jane after the adrenaline of the scene goes down.

In the end, I liked very much The Walking Dead Season 1 and 2 and I'm looking foward for the final season; I will only buy the New Frontier to get more details of the story, unfortunately it is not a "spin-off" and the game is not as good as the others =/.

~ Just a plus, even though I liked very much the TWD Games, I still think the Witcher Series make a better job with the "choices" than mostly/all the games I ever played; CD Projekt really done a amazing job with The Witcher 3 and his expansions. ~

Later on it was shown (ending with Kenny and flashbacks from S3) that Kanny haven't lost it, he just had BAD day and everyone keept ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on him, and almost noone listened to him even tho he is right most of the time. Even tho everyone calls him crazy he can make more sense and be more useful than rest of groupmembers.
The situation with Jane was just like: You left your child with babysitter, came back to home after few minutes coz you left your glasses only to find babysitter running to you and saying that she droped baby on head from stairs.

Also worth to mention.
Luke - so called leader of group and Clem's new 'mentor' made his own plan, figured out everything, was willing to put everyone at risk for it and faild it, his own plan (with walkie talkie) becauce of which Kenny had to lose his eye (Carver would beat him anyway, after Kenny gave him radio his still counted to three). Then he failed rushing between 2 meter gap of wall and get shot in leg, while missing all his shots. Jane get into her horney mode and Luke 'fortget' to check forest area for walkers and we get ambushed. [Jane also ♥♥♥♥♥♥ us by taking away gun from Arvo, even when we haven't steal bag, which set him off] And at the end Luke failed to even walk acros the ice... and dieded-dead.
My head hurts whenever I talk about Jane's 'plan' as it was compleate idiocy. Not considering that we know Kenny lot longer than anyone and know what he is capable of, she still had to go out of her way and anger him more and more. This man just had one of worst days (again after losing family in past all the trauma and depression came back, and he had to deal with it in spent of day), he also get beaten nearly to death and everyone was taking big steaming ♥♥♥♥ on what he was saying. Of fkin course he is going to get mad after you told him you lost 'his' baby, no need rocket scientist to know that...

I didn't play the S3 yet (The New Frontier), so I assume from what I saw on S2 that he was passing through something similar as what Rick pass on TV Series, when he become a little disturbed.

Even so, I always keep my fate on Kenny and I always defend him from the group; the same time I tried to make the group work, but what a piece of s**** that group was.

For my official ending I chose go with Kenny to Welington and stay there. I tried to avoid spoilers but get some fire u.u on the way, so I went and choose considering the situation and knowledge from season 2 only and I believe Welington was the best shoot for AJ (baby).

In all honesty S3 in not worth playing, if you count on any continuaty or serious feels and decisions, just be better watch let's play and don't waste money. This Season turned into classic TV Drama nothing more.
Clem and Kenny belong to each other. Kenny is not like he did, he lost most of all. He would never hurt Clem, protect her and care for her, and he is her only true friend. Jane lied Clem about AJ. So how can she believe her?
My conclusion. Kenny kills Jane, and Clem goes to Wellington with him.
Finally the hardest decision. Clem stays in Wellington and Kenny leaves.
Why? To make AJ safe.
Friends forever.

Easily Jane. Kenny would become another Carver. Knowing someone for a long time makes you biased towards that person. You find excused for them. Both for the bad behavior (he just lost his girlfriend) and for why the bad behaviour isn't as bad (that russian was an enemy).

The only reason to go with Kenny is if you have forknowledge about season 3. Jane's suicide really upset me. She didn't seem like a suicidal person at all. And the reason makes it even worse. So stupid.

Season 3 flashbacks show that everything people told about Kenny turned out to be false. And Jane's death was poeticly funny, makes me smile to this day.

Kenny never found his way into a new group as far as I have seen, so judging him for his actions when alone with Clem is not fair. Also the nature of flashbacks is that you don't see everything.

People were telling that he will rape and beat Clem to death so...

But Kenny never r4p3d Clem or beat her to death, she was happy with him like family. Kenny was also calm and eager to find other group. That doesn't tell everything but still clears out more than half of ♥♥♥♥ people were talking about him.
What do you think of Jane's death? As I said it was poetically funny for me.

I think you are unable to watch a story without filing it with your own sick fantasies and that it is pointless to discuss this with you.

That about r4p3 and beating was written by people at forums not me. They said that Kenny will do that to her coz he is a monster.
