So the point of 400 Days was for nothing?
Almost at the last episode of Season 2 and I look back to the 400 days pre-season 2 release and besides Bonnie, I have absolutely no idea why it was so important to play it. I mean we quickly see Wyatt and Vince at the Crawford settlement and we also see Tavia at the very end recruiting them. So again besides having Bonnie as a full member of the group, what the heck happened to the others we played? And for the love of me, what happened to Russell?

The point was for telltale to make a quick 5 bucks.

It's more for the experience and story, less for the overall impact on S2. That way Telltale won't severely alienate gamers who didn't want to purchase DLC. I wish it had more impact, but whatever.

If they go with Tavia all five characters appear in episode three. Russell if I recall correctly appears just before going to meet Luke for the second time. 400 Days itself is decent enough it's relevance to season two is minimal and Telltale clearly exaggerated when they stated it was important to have played it prior to episode two. However there is a difference between judging it on its own merits and judging its relevance to season two.

Your right judging it on it's own merits is perfect as I enjoyed it but making it look so relevant to Season 2 as we were all told way back when is an entirely different story alltogether.. Still can't remember seing Russell at all in Season 2 but I am a grandfather after all, so my memory is not what it used to be......thanks again.

Today's Corporate Philosophy on this is very clear.

Hype and exagerate your product in advance of its release like mad, do as little as legally possible to avoid lawsuits, defend it vigorously to other peps death in the immediate aftermath, then apologize when its time to release the next game promising you'll get it right "this time". When people finally get tired of sick enough of your bald-faced lies to catch on to your little money-making scam - run away to another company board with the money and repeat the process all over again so people don't know its you after all. Tabula Rosa.

Did you ever notice that the most successful CEO's in the world also tend to be the principle shareholders? This must make it easier to lobby easily bribed congresspeps to run preferential legislation and tax breaks your way at no direct cost to you.

So the key to success in today's economy is to become a parasite! Then leech off of everyone else and call it the "Free Market" as you drive your competition out of business with the power of the State and its dregs. This way you get out of doing any work while reaping all of the reward for your sloth and Cronyistic corruption.

Yeah I didn't remember it either. I wish the 400 days characters had bigger parts beside 1 sentence quips.

Yea, I mean I remember playing Russell's Story and saying "wow, can't wait to see where he fits in to the Season 2 series". I would have liked to have seen more of Shel as well. Now in retrospect I feel it was not advertised in the way I thought it would play out. Don't regret it at alll just disappointed that it was mostly all for naught!

Technically, I'm more of an independent spirit but I shall heed your advice in this case just the same, kind sir.

4/5 of the characters would of been just as relevant if they flicked boogers at Clementine instead of saying their 1 sentance each in season 2, but 400 days was still a good time.
