TWD vs. The Last of Us

This IS NOT a hate thread for any of these great games, just thought it would be interesting to see what people choose. I personally like TWD, mostly because I've been a fan of the comics, and the TV show for as long as I can remember.

Too bad they have limited it to a single console. Think of how much more they could sell if it was more widely distributed.

Played and beat TLOU over a weekend never touched it again...TWD season 1 was better to me. I was more immersed in that game world and the TWD characters. I just flat out enjoyed it more too.

Still, TLOU has a great story with great writing and voice acting...It's a story everyone should play once.

The Last of Us. I love The Walking Dead, both the game and series, but the former has that icing and cherry on my sundae. I had to dust off my PS3 just for that game, and I rarely play the PS3 unless in certain circumstances.

Now, Lee and Clem vs. Joel and Ellie. Who do you think was the best duo?

The Walking Dead, by far. It's not even a contest.

The Last of Us has slightly better acting and much better graphics, but that's it. Everything else in that game was so weak. I mean, season two of The Walking Dead isn't up to par with season 1, but it would have to decline at this rate steadily for at least 10 seasons to not be much better than The Last of Us.

Never played TLOU so I don't know what to answer to that... will probebly never get to play it. Reason why I started playing TWD was cuz it added something new other than the normal 3rd or 1st person shooter that there seems to be alot of... the grafic is also different. It was not made to look realistic at all but more like a painting. Everything is different with TWD from most games I'v played + the story, Price and all that makes it easier for me to pick TWD over TLOU not to mention I need a change of consol...

Surely you are? As other wise why The Last of Us and Walking Dead? Why not Space Invaders and Leisure Suit Larry?

There are similarities between the two. It's also quite amusing that there are a lot of similarities between Bioshock Infinite and The Last Of us.
