New game plus concerns

1. When you begin a new game plus play through it resets all your gun modifications and your presets, why? I feel as if this should carry over so you don't have to re-adjust all of your guns again.
2. Shouldn't new game plus also carry all your money over? I ended up getting $111,000 while trying to get the Kingpin achievement not sure what I missed buts its my last achievement.

also another idea, i think it would be cool if every gun was unlocked in new game plus. then it wouldnt force you to grind for more guns, and you can freely experiment on your second playthrough.

1. is fair, would be very nice. Post it in the feedback thread too if you haven't already
2. is odd; it does carry your money over, so I don't know why you don't have your money. Just to be sure, are you doing NG+ on the same or lower difficulty as your other playthroughs? If you are, post it in the bugs thread.

You are so right it does carry over, I always spent all my cash before new game plus because I thought 14k was the set amount. I just reloaded my save before I bought all the weapon attachments. thank you so much, sorry for going into this without even checking that first. Where can I post the first issue?
