Multiple interactions keybind

in IV1 I could scroll through options like carry/finish off/unload with the mouse wheel, when multiple interactions happened to be close together. This did not overrule movement speed.
in IV2 by default I need to use Q and V, but I'm finding it very inconvenient. If I rebind it to the mousewheel, then it overrides the walking speed controls. How do I avoid this ?
