This is how to fix the Mouse

Hi there!
Many of you may experience strange mouse-movement ingame.
To fix this you can try this (it actually worked for me!):

My Computer -> Control Panel -> Mouse Properties -> Pointer Options
Deactivate the "Enhance pointer precision".

This is how Pointer Options look like[ask.creative.com]
I don't know if the path is exactly the same on Win8 or other Windows versions,
but you get the idea what to do.

Edit:
You can also go to Steam\SteamApps\common\Desperados Wanted Dead or Alive
and rightclick on game.exe -> properties
and enable the compatibility mode. (Win XP should work best)

neither the first solution or the compatibility on XP worked for me on win8.1...

It helped stop the mouse jittering around uncontrollably but the game still lags up whenever I move the mouse.
