Captain Disappeared

My Captain disappeared from the map and didn't become available for re-deployment. I'm pretty sure he was killed, but the respawn timer didn't start. Is this a bug, or can you only re-deploy your captain a limited number of times?

I've just released an update that fixed your captain disappearing if you saved while your captain was in the process of deploying. Even if this wasn't the cause loading a game now should restore the captain. Let me know if they're still missing.
