It is great if you see this as a demo for the future game, probably would be one of the best house building games.

Please consider some features to be added:
1. The whole room could be selected and moved with the internal furniture, that could be much easier to build, especially when you want to rotate a room a little bit.
2. Add more flexibility and diversity to the stairs. The space would be much more fun if there is multi-landing stairs, spiral stairs or curved ones. I already love the function of changing the length of goings.
3. This is kind of related to the multi-landing stairs. If the foundation height could be modified like the wall, and be able to build foundation on another foundation, that would be cool. Just like the SIMs.
4. More varieties of doors please! Bi-folding, sliding, etc. Right now I'm trying to build a modern house with large deckings and openings on the island lot, then I realised there is no suitable door for that.
5. To be able to modify terrain, that way we could build sunken landscapes, basements that kind of things.
6. Swimming pool is fun.

I know this is still a very early staged demo, and you guys are probably already working on some of the above points as they are pretty obvious. And I can see the ambitious of the developer team. Anyway, as an archi designer, I'm thrilled to see games like this. It's like a fun version of ArchiCAD.

I agree to both comments above. selecting and moving the whole room and also whole house (additional feature maybe) would make everything nice. also copying or duplicating a selected room would make designing very easy and breezy especially when you are designing a department-like or dorm-like building.

I completely agree about the doors, moving the entire building or room and the foundation!
Sliding doors are sorely missed, as is a greater variety of furniture.
It would also be nice to be able to zoom in as close as possible and have more keyboard shortcuts, since it's not very convenient to always work only with the mouse.

I’m also a little upset that I can’t develop all the plots in the city myself (((((
