control rebinding broken

Whenever i try to re-bind the option 1-5 keybinds to something different than the number keys (to free up the numpad), they only re-bind the number keys, but the numpad 1-5 keys are still triggering the options in the games, and i can't see an option to rebind the triggers from the numpad.
