No? I was literally banned for no reason. Devs just seem not to care as i have seen others post about the same thing happening to them.

If you were banned / suspended, look for the other posts that have an e-mail address and message them your concerns.

Thanks for the help. I'm done trying though. I shouldn't have to spend a hour trying so hard to get unbanned from a F2P game that i got wrongly banned from. Sloppy devs are just going to be sloppy devs no changing that.

If your account got suspended it WAS for a reason. Someone probably reported you because they could. A troll, basically. The developers may have thought it was a legitimate report. They are currently working hard to ban all cheaters, hackers, and harrassers so no doubt they probably get reports and accidentally suspend/ban innocent people. Unless, of course, you actually DID harrass somebody or the sorts.

However, I'm more interested in what you said about the email being fake. I sent them an email to that exact address yesterday and have yet to see a reply. I figured they are just busy so I am giving them the benefit of the doubt, but if YOUR email was never responded to I don't want to waste my time in thinking they will respond to me. My email doesn't necessarily need a response, but I would like acknowledgment it has been read.

Yea my windows email won't even allow me to send email to that address because it says it doesn't exsist. -_-

[e-mail] is certainly a real email address. We are receiving plenty of emails right now. I'm not familiar with Windows Email, but perhaps it's a security setting you may need to change to send us an email.
