Transfer Coins to FRIEND

I have another idea... i know You guys don't know black market etc but i have i think fair idea. So When you buy for example 150k you have limit transfer to friend so you can max transfer 150k to your friends and when you want more you need buy again coins or maybe 50% of this i think it's good idea and here shouldn't any black market bcoz you will have money and if i will have coins i will can transfer some coins to my friend without buying him or something :) What do you think guys about it? :) Sorry if i made some mistakes i know my english is not good :) But i hope You understand!

I'm not sure what you mean, but you can gift chips to your friend. When you're in the chip terminal, gift chips is the option under buy chips.

I mean that to give coins to my friend i need buy him coins so i was talking about when i for example buy 100k coins and i win for example 1m coins i see no sense buy my friend coins so i want transfer him some my coins so i was talking about transfer him some coins from my account and i was thinking about limit coins i buy 100k coins so i have for example limit 100k coins to transfer to my friend or 50% of this or something i hope You understand now.
